The main idea of the text is that the concept of "agribashing" (attacks on the agricultural world) has been heavily promoted by French authorities despite evidence suggesting it is a rare occurrence. Specific points highlighting this idea: * Limited activity of designated observatories: Despite being created to track agribashing, these observatories have shown little to no activity. * Lack of evidence for a widespread problem: The text states that agribashing is "quasi introuvable" (virtually non-existent) five years after the government's announcement of a growing issue. * Skepticism about the justification for a specialized gendarmerie unit: The creation of a specialized police unit ("Demeter") to combat agribashing was justified by claims of escalating attacks, but these claims seem unfounded. Essentially, the text criticizes the government for exaggerating the problem of agribashing and creating a climate of fear and suspicion around the agricultural sector.
